The European Commission launched a public discussion of plans of the European Union control measures reforming on the exchange of data. In particular, these measures involve the transfer of non-personal data generated by the machine. This will develop innovative business models and enable new market participants to offer new ideas.
The official Brussels emphasized that access to non-personal data and their transmission, responsible for providing information, non-personal data portability, operational interoperability and standards to be complex legal issues requiring detailed study.
